When to Use a Soft Wash System

Pressure washing can and will damage soft surfaces. Soft washing should be used on things such as houses, roofs, brick, and other building exteriors. The low pressure prevents damage to siding and shingles. Clear Reflections uses a custom made soft wash system and chemical solution to clean and rinse.

 Soft washing is a method of cleaning that uses a low pressure and specific chemicals or solutions in order to remove mildew, algae, bacteria, and other natural stains. 

Power Washing

What is Power Washing?

Power washing is the use of high-pressure water and chemicals or solutions to remove mold, dust, mud, chewing gum, dirt, and other grime from concrete surfaces, and brick buildings. Power washing uses between 1500 and 4000 psi at between 3 to 20 gallons per minute. 

When to Use a Power Wash System

 Power washing is to be used when you are trying to remove years worth of grime from concrete surfaces and other hard surfaces. 

Concrete Cleaning

Concrete cleaning is very similar to power washing. It the use of high-pressure water and solutions to remove mold, dust, mud, chewing gum, dirt, and other grime from concrete surfaces. This requires the use of a special machine that gets close to the surface to push all the grime up and out of the concrete.
